FUE:

⦁    The only employers’ organisation in Uganda 

⦁    FUE has over 600 corporate members and around 5000 indirect members. 

⦁    All major sectoral associations and 3 regional offices in Mbale, Kasese and Lira

⦁    FUE is led by a Secretariat of 24 staff led by an Executive Director.

FUE is a member-based organisation and the voice of all employers in Uganda, both local and Chinese. FUE offers the following services: 

• Research, policy advocacy and representation of employers
• Employment relations and legal services (including advice on labour laws, collective bargaining, mediation 

   and employers support in industrial court) and
• Business support services and training programs (including the Female Future Programme and a wide range of HR services.
